I made a few changes - used 1/2 cup maple syrup instead of the coconut palm sugar and used it as the liquid instead of water to blend the 1/2 cup dates with (my dates are luckily super soft is it actually works!) and a mix of arrowroot & sticky brown rice flour for the 2 starches.
